I feel the need to start this blog post off with an apology…the kind of apology where you hang your head in shame and have a hard time looking the recipient in the eye. That’s me! That’s right about how I’m feeling…head hung in shame! I decided a couple days ago to take a look at how many blog posts I’ve written this year. Ummm…wow. Me and a carton of eggs have a lot in common! TWELVE posts! Just twelve. Twelve is bad. Twelve is unacceptable. 2011 has been quite a year for this girl…and probably someday…probably someday very soon…I’ll explain my gross blog neglect…and you’ll understand…hopefully. But…in the meantime…I’ll just say ‘I’m sorry’ for being such a negligent blogger this year…and let all of you wonderful people who are still checking in here…know that this is THE END of the silence! It’s time to dust this thing off! So…here is to THE GREAT BLOG RESURRECTION OF 2011…I hope you’ll stick around!
And now…on to little miss beautiful! She is one of the many gorgeous little girlies and boys that I’ve had the privilege of photographing this year…and she was truly one of the most fabulous girls’ her age that I’ve ever worked with. Such a beautiful girl…inside and out. Boy did we have fun!

Oh goodness am I ever excited to be making this announcement! If you follow my Facebook Page then you’ll already have probably heard the news…but, I am now offering online Photoshop training…both private training sessions as well as group sessions. There are two upcoming group classes…one is TOMORROW morning and it has ONE spot left! The following week will be the 2nd group class. I’m so excited about these! It’s something that I’ve wanted to offer for a long time, but it’s taken a while to put all the pieces together for it. I’ve done several private training sessions this week…so I wanted to share a few before and afters from those sessions…as well as a few images from our two SENIOR FOCUS WORKSHOPS this past month. The senior workshops have got to have been my favorite workshops so far…I LOVE working with high school seniors…and the attendees at each workshop were all such lovely people! Ya’ll make teaching workshops such a blast! Thank you for making that part of my job so very much fun! And…thank you to ALL of the models who came out and poured themselves into several hours in front of the camera…ya’ll did a fabulous job! Thank you!
That good looking kid belongs to moi! I can NOT believe that my oldest son is going to be graduating this year! Unbelievable! Thank you for modeling for us Lane! I love you!!!

We still have a couple of models spots to fill for our Senior Workshop this coming weekend! So…if you are a Scottsdale or Phoenix area High School Senior, or know of one who would be interested…please fill out the MODEL APPLICATION in order to be considered. We are particularly in need of another senior boy model…but we are still taking applications for girls as well. The deadline to apply is this evening!
